My First plein air outdoor landscape painting! It was very fun to paint outside, my son and other kids enjoyed watching the scene unfold. But they were more interested in the playground. I learned a lot about perceiving light/dark values and I see outdoor practice will certainly improve my eye for light and color. I am excited to meetup with a local plein air painting group in the days ahead to learn from the pros.
